Now, what is an anti-inflammatory diet? The diet is rich in vegetables, fruits, unrefined grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. Think of your carrots, strawberries, apples  brown rice, steelcut oats, and beans.

3. Support Your Nervous System

Often overlooked but significant is the benefit a healthy diet has on one’s nervous system. The brain uses vitamins as a way to help perform vital tasks. If your brain lacks certain nutrients and vitamins, it can affect your health and mood.
