As chiropractors at ProActive Health, we understand that many people may not know when they need a chiropractic adjustment. If you live in the South Bend or Mishawaka area, and you're experiencing pain or discomfort, chiropractic adjustments could be the solution you need to improve your overall health and wellness.
Here are some signs that you may need a chiropractic adjustment:
If you're experiencing chronic pain, especially in your back, neck, or shoulders, it may be a sign that you need a chiropractic adjustment. Chiropractic adjustments can help alleviate pain and tension in your muscles, as well as improve joint mobility.
Limited Range of Motion
If you find that you're not able to move your neck or back as much as you used to, it may be time to visit a chiropractor. Limited range of motion can be caused by joint restrictions, which can be treated with chiropractic adjustments.
If you're experiencing headaches, especially ones that originate from the neck or head, chiropractic care can help alleviate the symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments can help relieve tension and pressure in the neck and head, which can lead to fewer headaches.
If you're finding it difficult to maintain proper posture, it could be a sign that your spine is misaligned. Chiropractic adjustments can help realign your spine, leading to improved posture and reduced strain on your back and neck.
Injury or Trauma
If you've recently experienced an injury or trauma, such as a car accident or sports injury, a chiropractor can help you recover. Chiropractic adjustments can help realign your spine and improve your overall mobility, which can be especially helpful if you're trying to recover from an injury.
If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, or if you're simply looking to improve your overall health and wellness, chiropractic care may be the solution you need. At ProActive Health, we offer a range of chiropractic services, including adjustments, massage therapy, and shockwave therapy.
